# What You'll Need:
→ Cream Layer
01 - 8.8 oz mascarpone cheese
02 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
→ Coffee Mixture
05 - 1/2 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
06 - 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
→ Assembly
07 - 12 to 14 ladyfinger biscuits, cut to fit mini glasses
08 - Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
09 - Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Whisk mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
02 - In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to medium peaks.
03 - Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until evenly blended.
04 - Combine espresso and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
05 - Quickly dip each ladyfinger into coffee mixture without soaking.
06 - Place dipped ladyfinger at the bottom of each mini glass.
07 - Spoon or pipe mascarpone cream over ladyfingers.
08 - Add another dipped ladyfinger layer and follow with cream layer.
09 - Smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
10 - Dust with cocoa powder and optionally add chocolate shavings before serving.
