01 - 4 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
02 - 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
