# Directions:

02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and 1 cup crushed Flamin Hot corn chips.
03 - Add cold, cubed butter to the bowl. Using a pastry blender or fork, work butter into flour mixture until it forms coarse crumbs.
04 - Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, sliced scallions, and diced jalapeño if using.
05 - Pour in cold buttermilk and gently stir just until the mixture is combined; avoid overmixing.
